Faith Bible College — 4th Year
Church Bible Program
Christian Leadership
A five-book capstone year forging proven Christian leaders — developing practical leadership, prayer dynamics, pastoral care, hermeneutics and the art of preaching into one comprehensive ministry qualification.
About This Programme
The 4th Year Church Bible Program in Christian Leadership equips students with the full spectrum of competencies required for effective, lasting ministry leadership. Moving through five carefully sequenced books, students develop practical leadership skills, deepen their understanding of prayer, sharpen their pastoral instincts, learn to handle Scripture with scholarly precision, and master the craft of preaching that changes lives.
Each book builds on the one before it — from the inside out. Leadership character is developed first, then the spiritual disciplines that sustain it, then the pastoral skills that express it, and finally the Word-centred communication that amplifies it. This is whole-person formation for whole-church leadership.

Dynamics of Leadership
Essay Assessments | 🔒 Unlocks after Book 1
Examines the dynamic forces that shape effective leadership — understanding organizational culture and how to shift it, navigating conflict and change, the dynamics of authority and submission in the church, visionary thinking and strategic planning, building momentum and sustaining it, the role of accountability and spiritual covering, and how prayer and the Holy Spirit are the true dynamics that empower all genuine Kingdom leadership.
Pastoral Ministry
Essay Assessments | Personal Reflection & Application | 🔒 Unlocks after Book 2
Covers the pastoral calling and its demands — caring for the flock, hospital and home visitation, conducting weddings and funerals, walking with people through bereavement and trauma, the theology of suffering and how to minister within it, preaching and teaching in the local church, balancing ministry and family life, avoiding burnout, and developing the spiritual and emotional resilience to sustain a life of faithful, fruitful pastoral service.
Hermeneutics — Effective Bible Study
Essay Assessments | Practical Submissions | 🔒 Unlocks after Book 3
Develops the science and art of biblical interpretation — principles of hermeneutics, understanding literary genres in Scripture, grammatical and historical-contextual interpretation, how to move from text to sermon message, avoiding common interpretive errors, cultural and dispensational considerations, the role of the Holy Spirit in illumination, and how accurate biblical interpretation protects the church from error and builds leaders who handle God’s Word with integrity and skill.
