Course Description
At this stage you would know the teachings in the Bible and how to apply the Bible.
The 3rd Year is a Preparation for your Ministry. This covers the logistics of preparing Your Ministry in an Excellent Manner, done in a very practical way — to prepare you to deliver sermons in a Homiletic and Hermeneutic manner, and to care for a Flock in need of Spiritual Care.
Although the principles in this course can be applied to personal ministry development, the more direct purpose is to provide training in how to develop an existing ministry through developing the ministers around you — it is a course designed to promote ministry mobilisation within an existing ministry.
All Christians are called into ministry. Those with a "full-time" calling tend to be referred to as "ministers." How we view ministry, and what the ministry is and what a minister does, will dictate what is focused upon within ministry.
