Course Description
This course is designed for those called to work with children, youth and worship in the local church. In order for the Church to remain effective — being able to reach younger generations through the communicative Word — the Church needs to develop new ways of presenting the Gospel of Christ.
You will learn to:
- Lead creative church ministry that engages children and youth
- Develop programmes and environments where young people encounter God
- Understand the unique challenges facing youth today and how to respond biblically
- Lead worship as a ministry — not just music — and cultivate a culture of prayer
- Apply dynamic leadership principles in a youth and children's ministry context
